Lost shipments

If your shipment is marked as delivered but has not been received, please notify us within 48 hours.

For shipments lost in transit, Origins OF will coordinate with the shipping partner to investigate. Resolution timelines may vary depending on the courier partner's investigation process.

Damaged shipments

Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To process a claim, please provide:

• Photographs of the damaged packaging
• Photographs of the damaged product
• Your order number and contact details

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect claim eligibility.
